Baseball Recap: White Cloud Takes a Loss

White Cloud lost against Central Montcalm on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Indians lost 11-1 to the Hornets. That's two games in a row now that the Indians have lost by exactly ten runs.

White Cloud saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Reece Hewitt, who went 1-for-2 with one run and one double.

White Cloud's loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Central Montcalm, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Hornets beat White Cloud by a score of 8-0 later that day.
