The McDonough Rams will take on the Northern Patriots at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. McDonough is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 5.3 goals per game this season.

Northern better have a healthy lead at halftime, because if McDonough's game on Tuesday is any indication, that's when McDonough really gets things going. The Rams never let La Plata get on the board and left with a 3-0 victory. McDonough's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three matches.

Siena Rothmann and Chloe Casey scored all three of McDonough's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 12 goals.

Meanwhile, Northern didn't have quite enough to beat North Point on Friday and fell 2-1. Northern haven't had much luck with North Point recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

McDonough's win bumped their record up to 7-0. As for Northern, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5.

McDonough skirted past Northern 3-2 when the teams last played back in September of 2024. Do the Rams have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Patriots turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
