Soccer Recap: Dominguez Find Success

Dominguez kept a clean sheet against Compton on Wednesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Tarbabes. Dominguez have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw Compton, too.

Jessey Plaza and Marlon Ayala Mejia scored both of Dominguez's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Dominguez's win bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Compton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Dominguez will take on Lynwood in a holiday battle at 4:45 p.m. on Monday. As for Compton, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Lifeline Charter at 3:30 p.m.
