Volleyball Recap: Calvary Christian Academy Has No Trouble Against Somerset Prep

The Calvary Christian Academy Eagles got the win against Somerset Prep on Wednesday by a conclusive 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Calvary Christian Academy was: they took every set by at least 17 points. The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-8, 25-6.

Camryn Kanell paced Calvary Christian Academy's offense, picking up 11 kills. Kanell got some help from Kaia Mittauer and her 20 assists.

Calvary Christian Academy now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Calvary Christian Academy will head out on the road to take on St. John Paul II Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Somerset Prep, they will look to take advantage of their home court for the first time this season as they take on Avant Garde Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
