Softball Preview: Christopher Cougars vs. Silver Creek Raiders        
        
		
            
 The Christopher Cougars will be playing at home against the Silver Creek Raiders at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Christopher will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more  runs each  matchup than the last.
 Christopher is headed into the  match fresh off scoring the most  runs they have all season. They blew past Pioneer 13-2. The result was nothing new for Christopher, who have now won six contests by six  runs or more  so far this season.
  Danielle Keller looked comfortable as she  tossed two innings while giving up   no  earned run off   one  hit.
 At the plate, Christopher got a  massive  performance out of  Melissa Lugo, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all four of her plate appearances. The team also got some help courtesy of  Alyssa Farrow, who  went 2-for-2 with four  RBI, a  run,  and a  double.
 Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought  game, but Silver Creek had to settle for  an  8-7 defeat against Prospect on Tuesday.
 Christopher's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Silver Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 3-10.
 Everything went Christopher's way against Silver Creek when the teams last played  back in March as Christopher made off with  an  11-0 victory. Will Christopher repeat their success,  or does  Silver Creek have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
