Basketball Recap: Radford Comes Up Short

Radford was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were beaten by the Mililani Trojans 77-31. While losing is never fun, the Rams can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Hawaii basketball rankings (they are ranked 30th, while the Trojans are ranked fifth).

Radford's loss dropped their record down to 4-7. As for Mililani, they pushed their record up to 11-4 with the win, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season.

Radford will square off against Leilehua at 7:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Mililani will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Waialua at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Mililani is facing Waialua at the right time seeing as Waialua is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
