Softball Recap: Arvin Comes Up Short

Arvin fell victim to Highland and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They came up short against the Highland Scots, falling 11-0. Having soared to a lofty 14 runs in the game before, the Bears' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Arvin now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Highland, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-1-2 record this season.

Arvin will host South at 4:00 p.m. on March 20th. As for Highland, they will head out on the road to take on Centennial at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
