Baseball Recap: Kingman Comes Up Short

Kingman lost to Trinity Academy on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles fell just short of the Knights by a score of 3-1. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly two runs.

Kingman's loss dropped their record down to 8-2-1. As for Trinity Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kingman will challenge rival Conway Springs on Monday. Meanwhile, Trinity Academy is set to take on their familiar foe Chaparral at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
