Northern Nash extended their postseason success on Friday against Seventy-First. They snuck past the Falcons with a 19-14 win. The 19-point effort marked the Knights' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Northern Nash's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Preston McDaniel, who rushed for 127 yards and one TD. Those 127 rushing yards gave McDaniel a new career-high.

Northern Nash pushed their record up to 11-1 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 14.0 points on average over those games. As for Seventy-First, the defeat snapped their winning streak at ten games and leaves them with a 10-2 record.
