Volleyball Recap: Waverly Comes Up Short

In Saturday's Canine Competition, Waverly didn't have enough. They fell 2-0 to the Lebo Wolves on Saturday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-1 on Tuesday.

Waverly may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 21 points in every single set they played. The final score came out to 25-21, 25-21.

Waverly's loss dropped their record down to 19-11-1. As for Lebo, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 12-19-1.

Waverly has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against Madison on the 11th. As for Lebo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 0-0 tie against Burlingame on the 11th.
