Basketball Recap: Elmwood/Plum City Takes a Loss

Elmwood/Plum City was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against the Durand-Arkansaw Panthers, falling 63-21. While losing is never fun, the Wolves can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 443rd, while the Panthers are ranked 39th).

Elmwood/Plum City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-15. As for Durand-Arkansaw, their victory bumped their record up to 13-4.

Elmwood/Plum City and Boyceville will meet in a dog eat dog contest at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. As for Durand-Arkansaw, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Glenwood City at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
