Albert Gallatin put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They took down the Northern Garrett Huskies 40-24. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Colonials' disadvantage in MaxPreps' football rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 334th in Pennsylvania, while the Huskies are ranked 70th in Maryland).

Albert Gallatin got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Adam Pegg out in front who picked up 67 receiving yards and a pair of TDs, and also rushed for 49 yards and one touchdown. Pegg was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 57 yards. Another player making a difference was Bronx Jamison, who rushed for 33 yards and one score.

Albert Gallatin didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Northern Garrett to a completion percentage of just 6.2%. That defensive display was nothing new: the Colonials have limited their opponent to a lower and lower completion percentage in three consecutive games.

Albert Gallatin's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Northern Garrett, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Albert Gallatin will welcome Uniontown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Colonials will be up against the Red Raiders' rather soft defense (which has allowed 25.5 points per matchup), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Northern Garrett, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Hancock at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
