Soccer Recap: Buckley Takes a Loss

Buckley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Sunday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the De Toledo Jaguars. The Griffins were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Jaguars earlier this season, when they won 4-2.

Buckley's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-2. As for de Toledo, the victory snapped their losing streak at nine games and leaves them with a 2-9-2 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Buckley will challenge Oakwood at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for de Toledo, they will take on AGBU at 6:15 p.m. on Monday. AGBU is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.8 goals per game this season.
