Hillcrest won the last time they faced J.L. Mann and Liz Jones did her part to make sure it happened again. The Rams put the hurt on the Patriots with a sharp 3-0 victory on Tuesday thanks in part to Jones, who had five digs and four aces. She is also on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 13 or more in each of the last 17 games she's played.

One reason for the win was Hillcrest's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-14.

The win (which was Hillcrest's fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-4. As for J.L. Mann, their loss was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-15.
