Basketball Recap: Bishop Ward Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Bishop Ward and Wellsville squared off in some playoff action on Thursday, but Bishop Ward had to settle for second. They were outmatched by the Wellsville Eagles and fell 67-7. The Cyclones just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Bishop Ward's defeat dropped their record down to 2-17. As for Wellsville, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-5.

As of now, neither Bishop Ward nor Wellsville have any future games scheduled.
