Volleyball Recap: Hannibal Comes Up Short

Hannibal lost against Quincy Notre Dame back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Pirates fell 2-0 to the Raiders.

Hannibal's offense was headlined by Malia Stolte and Marissa Falconer, who picked up four kills apiece. They got some help from Aly Falconer and her five assists.

Hannibal's defeat dropped their record down to 19-8-1. As for Quincy Notre Dame, the victory was the 13th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 21-4.

Hannibal didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Quincy on the 11th. As for Quincy Notre Dame, they have also already played their next contest, a 2-1 loss against Hartsburg-Emden on the 11th.
