Recap: Pittsfield Saukees vs. Riverton Hawks
The Pittsfield Saukees fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They blew past Riverton, posting a 47-7 win on the road. That's another feather in the cap for Pittsfield, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Mathew Edwards was on fire: he rushed for 254 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 11.0 yards per carry. Luke Archer was another major influence, as he rushed for 87 yards and ran in a TD.
Pittsfield's victory bumped their record up to 2-7. As for Riverton, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-9.
Pittsfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Riverton is also done with their season.
