Raytown South has gone 9-1 against Winnetonka recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Raytown South Cardinals will head out to challenge the Winnetonka Griffins at 7:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Last Friday, Raytown South was beaten by Grandview 60-27. While losing is never fun, the Cardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Missouri basketball rankings (they are ranked 248th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 82nd).

Meanwhile, Winnetonka lost to Grandview on the road by a 66-49 margin on Monday.

Winnetonka's loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Raytown South, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-16 record this season.

Things could have been worse for Raytown South, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 65-51 loss to Winnetonka in their previous matchup back in January. Can Raytown South avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
