Volleyball Recap: Umatilla Bulldogs vs. Taylor Wildcats

Despite the loss, Umatilla still got an impressive performance from Victoria Adkins, who had 61 digs and seven aces. Adkins is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 12 or more in the last six games she's played dating back to last season. Camryn Adkins was another key player, getting 19 digs and a block.
Even though they lost, Umatilla was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 17 aces. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved they're ace total in four consecutive matches.
Umatilla's defeat dropped their record down to 6-10. As for Taylor, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-10.
Umatilla didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 loss against Tavares on the 3rd. Taylor has also already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Palatka on the 2nd.
