Volleyball Game Preview: Springfield Wildcats vs. Fairborn Skyhawks + How To Watch

The Springfield Wildcats will head out on the road to square off against the Fairborn Skyhawks at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

On Thursday, Springfield came up short against Wayne and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Fairborn was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Greenville.

The final score came out to 25-17, 27-29, 25-10, 25-17.

Fairborn's loss dropped their record down to 1-14. As for Springfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-13.

Springfield beat Fairborn 3-1 when the teams last played back in October of 2017. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Skyhawks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
