Baseball Game Preview: Orion Chargers vs. Biggsville West Central Heat

The Orion Chargers will head out on the road to take on the Biggsville West Central Heat at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with three consecutive losses for Orion and seven for Biggsville West Central.

Orion is headed into the game having just suffered their biggest loss since March 24th on Monday. They came up short against Monmouth-Roseville, falling 17-5.

Mason Laleman was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring a run while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Max Larson, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Biggsville West Central came up short against Cuba/Spoon River Valley on Thursday and fell 7-2.

Biggsville West Central's defeat dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Orion, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
