Recap: Fletcher vs. Episcopal School of Jacksonville
After flying high against Paxon School For Advanced Studies last Monday, Fletcher came back down to earth. Fletcher fell just short of Episcopal School of Jacksonville by a score of 2-1. Fletcher was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Episcopal School of Jacksonville apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2020.
Fletcher's loss dropped their record down to 4-11-2. As for Episcopal School of Jacksonville, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 8-2-3 record this season.
Fletcher will head out on the road to square off against Ponte Vedra at 7:20 p.m. on Friday. Ponte Vedra and Fletcher are at an even 4-4-1 over their past nine head-to-heads. Episcopal School of Jacksonville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
