Brooklyn Academy of Global Finance couldn't capitalize on their home-court advantage in their season opener. They took a serious blow against Summit Academy on Monday, falling 78-33. Brooklyn Academy of Global Finance was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-13.
Summit Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Khemani Sumner, who scored 23 points along with 9 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Cincere Tucker, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 10 rebounds.
