Volleyball Recap: Stanton Comes Up Short

Stanton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 2-0 to the Bennington Badgers. The Vikings were not able to make up for their defeat to the Badgers from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Stanton's loss dropped their record down to 8-13. As for Bennington, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-9 record this season.

Stanton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bennington, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Clarinda on the 18th.
