Basketball Recap: Lake of the Woods Takes a Loss

Lake of the Woods lost against Warroad back in February of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Lake of the Woods Bears fell to the Warroad Warriors 47-43. The Bears just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

Lake of the Woods' loss dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Warroad, with the win, they broke their eight-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-14.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] the next time they take the court. Lake of the Woods will host Northern Freeze co-op [Marshall County Central/Tri-County] at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Warroad will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on January 21st.
