Volleyball Recap: Kea'au Comes Up Short

After flying high against Laupahoehoe last Tuesday, Kea'au came back down to earth. The Cougars took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Pahoa Daggers on Wednesday. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 3-2 to the Daggers when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kea'au now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Pahoa, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

Kea'au didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Waiakea on the 4th. As for Pahoa, they will welcome Kamehameha Hawai'i at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
