Basketball Recap: Calamus-Wheatland Comes Up Short

Calamus-Wheatland suffered their closest loss since December 13, 2024 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Prince of Peace Prep Irish by a score of 63-60. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (55), the Warriors still had to take the loss.

This is the second loss in a row for Calamus-Wheatland and nudges their season record down to 8-10. As for Prince of Peace Prep, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 9-7.

Calamus-Wheatland has already played their next match (against Marquette), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Prince of Peace Prep wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 66-63 win against Easton Valley on the 31st.
