Soccer Recap: Everett Comes Up Short

Everett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Malden Golden Tornados. Everett were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Malden apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.

Everett's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Malden, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Everett will welcome Chelsea at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Malden, they will be playing at home against Somerville at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday.
