Everything went their way against the Wyoming Wolves on Saturday as they made off with a 13-4 win. The Red Hawks not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since May 13, 2024 (when they won 21-1).
Cedar Springs got a big performance out of Callen McCulloch, who went 3-for-5 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double. Those three hits gave McCulloch a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Quinton Bell, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one stolen base.
Cedar Springs was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .410. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their batting average total in three consecutive contests.
Cedar Springs' record now sits at 4-18. As for Wyoming, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6.
