Volleyball Recap: Coretta Scott King YWLA Takes a Loss

Coretta Scott King YWLA lost against Holy Innocents Episcopal back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Soaring Eagle took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Golden Bears. The Soaring Eagle have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-5, 25-6.

Leading Holy Innocents Episcopal to victory were Lilah Smith and Adair Weeks. Smith had 12 assists and three aces, while Weeks had five aces.

Coretta Scott King YWLA's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Holy Innocents Episcopal, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-15 record this season.

As of now, neither Coretta Scott King YWLA nor Holy Innocents Episcopal have any future games scheduled.
