Basketball Game Preview: Landstown Eagles vs. Glen Allen Jaguars

The Landstown Eagles will face off against the Glen Allen Jaguars at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Landstown's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last 16 matchups.

Landstown is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Tuesday. They blew past Cosby 81-59. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Robinson's evening made it four games in a row in which he has scored at least 15 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Zaevion Cleveland, who to rack up 17 points and four steals.

Meanwhile, Glen Allen had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.3 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Knights by a score of 62-50.

Glen Allen's victory was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-6. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.6 points over those games. As for Landstown, their win bumped their record up to 19-2.
