Franklin was sadly handed a defeat on Monday, but Chloe Rowland did her best to prevent it. Rowland was unstoppable, striking out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits (and not a single walk). She has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
