Soccer Game Preview: The Carmel School vs. Grove Christian School

The Carmel School will face off against the Grove Christian School Falcons at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Carmel School's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

On Tuesday, neither The Carmel School nor Richmond Christian could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 0-0 draw.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last game, Grove Christian School made sure to put some goals up on the board against Guardian Christian Academy on Tuesday. They never let the Royal Knights get on the board and left with a 5-0 win. The result was nothing new for Grove Christian School, who have now won five contests by three goals or more so far this season.

They hit Guardian Christian Academy with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Anna Elban (2), Aliya Hannon, Lucy Foote, and Laura Haithcock.

Grove Christian School's victory bumped their record up to 6-7-2. The Carmel School's draw makes their record 3-5-3 this season.
