Basketball Recap: Jackson County Takes a Loss

Jackson County lost against Jefferson back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Jackson County Panthers fell 60-49 to the Jefferson Dragons. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jackson County's defeat dropped their record down to 4-8. As for Jefferson, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Jackson County has already played their next game, a 68-52 win against Oconee County on the 21st. As for Jefferson, they will take on Commerce in a tournament on Friday.
