Softball Preview: Arnold Marlins vs. Walton Braves
The Arnold Marlins will challenge the Walton Braves at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Arnold's pitching crew has only allowed two runs per game this season, so Walton's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

At the plate, Lily Cobb was incredible, going 3-for-4 with three RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Justice Taylor, who scored three runs while going 3-for-4.

Meanwhile, Walton won against Freeport on Monday with four runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Wednesday. The Braves beat Choctawhatchee by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 4-1. The victory was nothing new for the Braves as they're now sitting on three straight.
The team relied heavily on Alayah Dalton, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 2-for-3. She also hit a triple, marking her first of the season.
Arnold pushed their record up to 15-5 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.7 runs over those games. As for Walton, their win bumped their record up to 8-10.
