Softball Recap: Nanuet Wins Going Away Against Gorton

Nanuet got themselves on the board against Gorton on Tuesday, but Gorton never followed suit. They blew past the Wolves 19-0. The Golden Knights not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 20, 2024 (when they won 20-0).

The win got Nanuet back to even at 1-1. As for Gorton, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Nanuet will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Nyack at 5:30 p.m. on May 5. As for Gorton, they will welcome Peekskill at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
