Meanwhile, Sts. Peter & Paul came up short against Salisbury Christian on Friday and fell 3-1. The loss put an end to the Sabres' undefeated start to the season.

Sts. Peter & Paul's defeat dropped their record down to 3-1. As for The Gunston School, their win bumped their record up to 11-0.

Everything went The Gunston School's way against Sts. Peter & Paul in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as The Gunston School made off with a 3-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Herons since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
