Lorena came tearing into Friday's match with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 18.8 points) and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Connally Cadets, posting a 58-25 win. The Leopards have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won ten contests by 21 points or more this season.

Lorena's victory was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 19-7. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.1 points per game. As for Connally, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-18.
