St. Joseph was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Benton Harbor Tigers, falling 84-57. One positive for the Bears, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

St. Joseph's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Benton Harbor, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-0.

St. Joseph will take on Portage Central in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Benton Harbor, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Benton Harbor Tigers duke it out with the Brandywine Bobcats at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Benton Harbor knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past four games -- so hopefully Brandywine likes a good challenge.
