Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Concrete). They breezed by the Vashon Island Pirates to the tune of 65-33 on Monday. Winning may never get old, but the Lions sure are getting used to it with their fourth in a row.

Concrete pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points per game. As for Vashon Island, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-7.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Concrete will challenge Tulalip Heritage at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Vashon Island, they will host Bellevue Christian at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. Bellevue Christian will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Vashon Island surely won't give up without a fight.
