Basketball Recap: Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak at Home

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta hadn't done well against Montevideo recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta Tigers came out on top against the Montevideo Thunderhawks by a score of 54-45. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Thunderhawks back in December of 2024, they had to take a 49-27 loss.

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-13. As for Montevideo, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 8-13.

Morris Area/Chokio-Alberta wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 70-52 win against Benson on the 31st. As for Montevideo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 76-66 defeat against B O L D on the 31st.
