Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Wheatland walked away with it. They managed a 37-32 win over the Buffalo Bison on Friday. The victory was nothing new for the Bulldogs as they're now sitting on nine straight.

Buffalo lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Brady Engling, who posted 12 points and seven boards. He is also on a roll when it comes to blocks, as he's now posted two or more in each of the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Zayne Huber, who earned ten points.

Wheatland's win bumped their record up to 15-12. As for Buffalo, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-9.

Wheatland wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 39-37 loss against Torrington on the 8th. As for Buffalo, they have also already played their next matchup, a 66-44 victory against Rawlins on the 7th.
