The Eagles better thank their lucky stars for the performance of Trent Torres, as he scored every single goal for his team.

Meanwhile, Port Neches-Groves entered their matchup against Port Arthur Memorial on Tuesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. Port Neches-Groves fell just short of Port Arthur Memorial by a score of 1-0. The loss put an end to the Indians' undefeated start to the season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Port Neches-Groves fell to 11-1-4. As for Barbers Hill, their victory bumped their record up to 6-3-3.
