Softball Recap: Pendleton Heights Comes Up Short

The Pendleton Heights Arabians didn't have quite enough to beat the Silver Creek Dragons on Saturday and fell 6-5.

Pendleton Heights has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-14 record this season. As for Silver Creek, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-8 record this season.

Pendleton Heights didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 5-2 victory against New Castle on the 20th. As for Silver Creek, they have also already played their next contest, a 22-12 defeat against Avon on the 17th.
