Baseball Recap: Brewbaker Tech Continues Home Dominance on Wednesday

While Brewbaker Tech's victory against Carver Montgomery wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Brewbaker Tech came out on top in a nail-biter against Carver Montgomery on Wednesday, sneaking past 11-10. 11 seems to be a good number for the Rams as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Chris Lewis and Tanner Thornton did most of the damage at the plate: Lewis went 2-for-5 with four RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Thornton scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in four of his five plate appearances. Those four RBI gave Lewis a new career-high. Michael Woody was another key player, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his five plate appearances.

Brewbaker Tech pushed their record up to 7-13 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.
