Soccer Recap: Laurel Comes Up Short

Laurel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They came up short against the Presbyterian Christian Bobcats, falling 7-0. Laurel were not able to make up for their defeat to Presbyterian Christian from their previous meeting back in November of 2021.

Laurel's record is now 3-7. As for Presbyterian Christian, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Laurel and Presbyterian Christian will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Golden Tornadoes see the pitch they'll take on North Forrest at 7:00 p.m. on December 1. As for Presbyterian Christian, their break will end when they face St. Stanislaus at 7:30 p.m. on December 2.
