Soccer Game Preview: Gulf Coast vs. Estero

The Gulf Coast Sharks will challenge the Estero Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Gulf Coast is headed into Tuesday's following a draw, the team's first since November 14. Neither they nor Bishop Verot could gain the upper hand on Saturday so the two teams had to settle for a 2-2 draw.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Estero, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged Gateway out 2-1 on Thursday.

Estero's victory bumped their record up to 7-4-2. With that draw, Gulf Coast's record moves to 6-7-2.

Gulf Coast took their win against Estero in their previous meeting back in December of 2021 by a conclusive 8-0. Will Gulf Coast repeat their success, or does Estero have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
