Leadership's loss ends three-game winning streak on the road

Leadership have been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. 2024 welcomed they with a 60-34 loss courtesy of Tennyson on Wednesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Leadership has scored all season.

Leading Tennyson to victory were Larrie Noble and Matthew Lorje. Noble scored 12 points along with six rebounds, while Lorje scored 15 points along with three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Paolo Barroga, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds.

Leadership's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 7-3. As for Tennyson, they pushed their record up to 10-4 with that win, which was their sixth straight at home.

Leadership will head out on the road to face off against Madison Park Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Tennyson, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against San Lorenzo at 7:00 p.m. San Lorenzo is coming into the match on a five-game losing streak.
