Oakland won the last time they faced Oakridge and things went their way  on Wednesday too. The Oakers put the hurt on the Warriors with a sharp  13-2 win. Considering the Oakers have won three matchups by more than ten  runs this season, Wednesday's  blowout was nothing new.
 Addy King made a splash no matter where she played. She  struck out six batters over  four innings while giving up just one earned  (and one unearned) run off   two  hits. King was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-1.
 In other batting news, Oakland got a  massive  performance out of  Ella Whittaker, who  scored a  run and  stole two bases while going 4-for-5.  Avery Hayes was another key player,  scoring three  runs and  stealing three bases while going 2-for-4.
 Oakland was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .375. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their  batting average total in three consecutive  contests.
The  victory  got Oakland back to even at 3-3. As for Oakridge,  the  loss snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 4-2 record.
 Looking ahead, Oakland will host Glendale  at 2:00  p.m.  on Friday. As for Oakridge, they will head out to  challenge La Pine  at 4:30  p.m.  on Wednesday.
