Sumter kept a clean sheet against Ridge View on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Blazers. The win was familiar territory for Sumter, who have now won three contests in a row.

Sumter's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-8 and their overall record up to 5-11. As for Ridge View, their loss was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-8.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Sumter will square off against Westwood at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ridge View, they will challenge Blythewood at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Blythewood will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Ridge View surely won't give up without a fight.
